General Rules

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Heybaj website (heybaj.ws). By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have read and fully accepted these terms.

Heybaj is an online Sports Betting platform built specifically for betting enthusiasts in Bangladesh. All services on this platform are for entertainment purposes and are intended solely for adults aged 18 and above.

Members will be notified of any changes to these terms via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Heybaj:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Passwords must not be shared.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Heybaj support immediately.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. This may require a photo of your national ID, proof of address, and in some cases a selfie.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Heybaj at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Heybaj makes a correction on its own.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Heybaj reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded — though different rules may apply in certain markets.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100, and the maximum bet limit is set by Heybaj.

Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a dispute, Heybaj's decision shall be final.

Payments & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all payment-related matters on Heybaj:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Heybaj may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

Heybaj does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — that is entirely subject to their own policies.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on Heybaj:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. Each member is eligible for this bonus once.
• A rollover requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. Typically, you need to wager 10–20x the bonus amount.
• There is a set deadline to complete the rollover requirement — if the condition is not met within the timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.

Heybaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Heybaj platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Bots & automated software: Use of automated tools or bots for betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in influencing the outcome of any match or event.
• Account Sharing: Using another person's account or sharing your own account with someone else.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

In the event of a violation, Heybaj reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary — without prior notice.

Privacy & Data Protection

We ensure that:

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.

Account Closure & Suspension

• Mandatory closure due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please follow the steps below:

• Our support team will respond within 48 hours and review the matter.
• If needed, the matter will be escalated to a senior level.
• If you are not satisfied with Heybaj's decision, you may appeal to the relevant regulatory authority.

Changes to Terms
